High-performance, flexible desktop full-spectrum direct-reading spectrometer

The JS-GP891 desktop spectrometer is a newly designed desktop spectrometer, widely used in metallurgy, casting, machinery manufacturing, metal products, construction, petrochemicals, technical supervision, colleges and universities, research institutes, and other departments. It employs full computer control, a full digital spark source, and utilizes CCD detection technology and a unique vacuum optical chamber to determine the content of non-metallic elements and various alloy elements.Carbon, sulfur,Manganese, Phosphorus, Silicon, Chromium, Molybdenum, Nickel, Copper, Titanium, Tungsten, Cobalt, Lead, Zinc, Iron, Aluminum, Magnesium, Rare Earth Elements, Niobium, Vanadium, BoronAnalysis of wait elements

Product Configuration and Features

1. The uniquely designed vacuum light chamber can measure the content of non-metal elements such as C, P, S, and various alloy elements, with precise measurement results, excellent reproducibility, and long-term stability.

2. Unique vacuum optical chamber design minimizes the vacuum chamber volume and reduces the vacuuming speed to less than half of that of a standard spectrometer. Separating the incident window from the vacuum chamber facilitates convenient and quick daily cleaning and maintenance.

3. The optical system automatically performs spectral line scanning and auto-optical path alignment, ensuring the accuracy of spectral line reception and eliminating the need for cumbersome peak scanning procedures.

4. Unique excitation platform and argon gas circuit design significantly reduce argon consumption. Flexible sample holder design to accommodate various shapes and sizes of samples for on-site analysis by customers.

5. Multi-matrix analysis can be achieved without additional hardware. Compared to photomultiplier tube spectrometers, it can significantly reduce the customer's cost and scope of use.

6. Utilizes cutting-edge international jet electrode technology. In the excited state, an argon gas jet flow forms around the electrode, ensuring that the excited point is not in contact with external air during the excitation process, thereby enhancing excitation accuracy.

7. Equipped with a dedicated spectral operation software that is fully compatible with Windows systems. Additionally, various language versions can be provided according to customer requirements. The software is easy to operate, even for those with no prior knowledge or experience with spectrometers, as basic training is sufficient to get started.

8. Utilizes high-performance FPGA, DSP, and ARM processors for ultra-fast data collection and analysis capabilities. It can also automatically and real-time monitor and control the operation status of modules such as the light room temperature, vacuum degree, argon pressure, and excitation light source.

9. Fully digital, etc., plasma excitation light sources with ultra-stable energy release in an argon environment to excite samples. Full digital excitation pulses ensure ultra-high resolution and high-stable output of the excited sample plasma energy. Satisfies the excitation requirements of various different materials.

10. The sample excitation platform features a copper spark gap base with tungsten electrode material. The copper spark gap base offers excellent heat dissipation and durability to the excitation platform, while the long lifespan and high-temperature resistance of the tungsten electrodes enhance the excitation performance. The design of the electrode self-cleaning function creates an ideal environment for excitation and makes cleaning the electrodes on the excitation platform easier.
