The gas-fired trolley furnace is a standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace. The trolley features impact-resistant edge bricks, and the furnace door is equipped with a spring-tensioned locking mechanism, which automatically seals the trolley and door. It comes with an integrated rail system, requiring no foundation installation and can be used simply by placing it on a level ground. It is primarily used for quenching, annealing, aging, and heat treatment of various mechanical parts, such as forgings, castings, roller mill rolls, large welding pieces, flanges, etc.
