Principle

Under the action of the induced draft fan, the mixture of oil fumes and pollutants enters the primary purification rectifying chamber. The special structure inside the chamber balances and rectifies the pollutants while using oil-attracting filter material to adsorb and retain large oil mist droplets. The separated oil-water liquid is then collected centrally. The oil-and-water-free flue gas is evenly introduced into the secondary grid-shaped high-voltage electrostatic field. In the presence of the high-voltage electrostatic field, the oil fumes are ionized, decomposed, adsorbed, and carbonized. Simultaneously, the active factor ozone (O3) generated in the electrostatic field decomposes and removes toxic components and odors from the flue gas.
