Disk Filter Installation and Maintenance Precautions
(1) When operating the equipment, pay attention to the maintenance of the control box, sensors, and transmission parts to prevent damage.
(2) When the equipment is fully skid-mounted, connect the pipes according to the arrow direction on the filter pipeline, ensuring the water flow is aligned with the arrows on the equipment.
(3) When the equipment is in kit form, please assemble the drawings to connect the pipes, valves, and filter units. Also, connect the cables between the control box and valves according to the wiring labels.
(4) The drainage pipe connecting to the filtration equipment should not be excessively long; it should not exceed 10 meters. The drainage pipe should be connected to the trench.
(5) During installation, consideration should be given to ease of maintenance. Cut-off valves should be installed on both ends of the in/out water pipes and the drainage pipes of the staggered plate filter, and bypass pipes should also be installed.
(6) To confirm the water pressure during operations, a pressure gauge can be installed at the filter's inlet. If the water supply pressure is unstable, a pressure regulator should be added to maintain constant supply pressure.
(7) It is recommended to install an exhaust device before the filter's water inlet at a higher point to evacuate air from the pipeline.
(8) When using a filter with a manual exhaust device in the unit, please open the exhaust valve before water is turned on. Close the exhaust valve once the air is completely expelled (except for equipment with active exhaust valves).
