Fiber Disc Filter Maintenance and Care Instructions:
1. The main part of the filter is the filter core, which is composed of a filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is a consumable part and requires protection.
2. After a period of operation, the fiber disk filter accumulates corresponding impurities in the filter core. At this point, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases, necessitating timely cleaning of the impurities within the filter core.
3. When cleaning impurities, be mindful that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter core must not deform or be damaged. Otherwise, the filter re-installed will not meet the purity requirements of the filtered medium, leading to potential damage to equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instruments.
4. If stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced.
