Working Principle
When the system is in the filtration state, unfiltered water is evenly distributed by the distributor and flows through the filler layer within the filter in a laminar flow. As the water flows through the filler layer, impurities are trapped within it. The bottom of the filter features multiple evenly distributed water collectors, which uniformly collect and discharge the filtered water. This uniform flow filtration allows the filter to achieve good filtration effects even at high flow rates.
As impurities continually accumulate in the packing layer, internal pressure head loss will continuously increase. Once the pressure head loss of both incoming and outgoing water reaches the set value, the system will automatically activate the pressure-regulating device to switch to backwashing mode. Upon completion of this backwashing, the hydraulic valve changes the water supply direction to achieve individual backwashing, facilitating the cleaning of accumulated impurities.
When the system is in anti-money laundering mode, the filtration continues. The standard unit sand tanks subject to anti-money laundering do not undergo filtration, while the other standard unit sand tanks in the system continue to filter. The filtered clean water is used for anti-money laundering in the standard unit sand tanks, with the remainder sent to the customer. The waste water from the backflush is discharged through the hydraulic valve's backflush drain port. In the high-speed sand tank automatic filtration system, the special collector design allows the filling material to scrub against each other, enhancing backflush efficiency, reducing the required backflush water (clean water), and eliminating material spillage during backflushing. The backflushing of a standard unit sand tank takes 2 minutes. Upon completion, the internal pressure drop of the standard unit sand tank decreases to a reasonable range, the pressure control device sends a recovery signal, the hydraulic valve returns to the filtration state, and the next standard unit sand tank is prepared for the backflushing state.
