The quality and quantity of electroplating wastewater are related to the process conditions of electroplating production, production load, operation management, and water usage methods. The quality of electroplating wastewater is complex and its composition is difficult to control.
Characteristics of Ultrafiltration Membranes: The ultrafiltration system can basically remove microorganisms, E. coli, large organic molecules, and insoluble colloids from raw water. The stable operation of the ultrafiltration membrane system depends on the following characteristics of the ultrafiltration membranes:
1. Bag filter membranes, hollow fiber, ultrafiltration membranes, monofilament, skin layer, microporous size.
2. The strength and good resistance of the membrane filament determine its bursting strength. Prevent large-scale filament breakage in the filter membrane assembly due to operation under short-term, high-pressure conditions, which directly leads to the module losing its application function.
3. High hydrophilicity of ultrafiltration membrane material.
