Filter Installation Position Precautions:
1. In general low-pressure installations with pressures below 140 kg/cm2, it is common to install only an intake filter, but both a return filter and an air filter should also be fitted.
2. In general and high-pressure liquid systems with pressures above 140 kg/cm2, a standard reflux filter is typically used to control contamination levels.
3. For electromagnetic proportional control valves or micro flow adjustment valves, terminal filters should be installed to enhance their stability.
4. When using servo valves, strive to minimize the system's contamination concentration. Therefore, employ both high-pressure and bypass filters; for large capacities, install a recirculating filter, and a terminal filter should be mounted on the auxiliary piping.
