Operating Principle
The preparation process of polymer solutions is accomplished step by step through separate solution tanks. The tanks are isolated from each other, ensuring dissolution time and a constant concentration within each tank. Avoid short circuits between the pre-mixed tanks and the storage tanks. The liquid level gauge sends signals based on the level and is electrically controlled. Upon reaching the "low level," the electronic water inlet valve is opened, and the dry powder dosing machine is activated simultaneously. The amount of dry powder and water can be accurately adjusted to achieve the required concentration. As the water level increases to the "high level," the solution circulation process stops. The agitator remains in the operating state.
