Anaerobic fluidized bed reactor

Detailed description
The concentrated sludge mixed with a certain concentration of flocculant in a static and dynamic mixer is fully mixed. The fine solid particles in the sludge coagulate into larger floc lumps, while free water is separated. The flocculated sludge is then conveyed to the thickening gravity dewatering filter belt, where the free water is separated under gravity, forming a non-flowing sludge. It is held between two wire belts and gradually compressed through a wedge-shaped pre-pressing zone, a low-pressure zone, and a high-pressure zone, under increasing compressive and shearing forces. This achieves a degree of sludge-water separation, forming a filter cake that is discharged.

Operating Principle and Dewatering Process
After concentration, the sludge is thoroughly mixed with a certain concentration of flocculant in both static and dynamic mixers. The fine solid particles in the sludge coagulate into larger floc clumps, while free water is separated out. The flocculated sludge is then transported to the filter belt of the concentration gravity dewatering system, where the free water is separated under gravity, forming a non-flowing sludge mass. It is then held between two wire belts and gradually compressed through a wedge-shaped pre-pressure zone, a low-pressure zone, and a high-pressure zone, exerting increasing pressures and shearing forces from small to large. This process progressively squeezes the sludge to achieve a degree of mud-water separation, forming a filter cake that is discharged.
