Deoxygenator Operation Procedure:
1. Inspect the opening and closing positions of each valve, confirm they are correct, then open the saltwater valve into the deaerator to supply water to the deaerator.
2. Commission the Mixed Heater: Open the regulating valve, switch it to manual mode, adjust the steam volume to achieve an outlet water temperature of 75±5°C for the mixer. After the operating conditions stabilize, switch the regulating valve to automatic mode.
3. Utilize desalinated water tank heating steam: When the outlet temperature of the mixer is below 70℃, open the desalinated water tank heating steam valve, submit the incoming water temperature to the mixer, to ensure the outlet temperature of the mixer is not below 70℃.
4. Utilize bottom heating steam in the deaerator tower filling material.
