Principle of Operation
The equipment is primarily composed of cleaning buckets, lifting components, grates, cleaning push rods, control system, frame, and ground supports. Operation process: Firstly, the cleaning bucket opens, driven down to a point by the driving device. Under the control of the control components, the bucket closes, then moves upwards, scraping the debris caught on the grates along the grate direction to the discharge point. With the help of the cleaning push rod, the debris is pushed into the waste collection device, and the bucket stops ascending. This completes one operation cycle. To ensure reliable equipment operation, double-protection devices are designed at all action exchange points of the wire rope grates. The wire ropes of the ZGS type wire rope cleaning machine are made of stainless steel. The gap between the grates can be selected within a range of 15-100mm according to requirements, and the well depth can be designed as needed.
