Detailed description
The ZCG type central transmission mud scraper employs a central transmission and suspended design. Wastewater enters the guiding pipe under the working bridge and flows into a diffuser. After expansion, it exits uniformly in a radial pattern around the perimeter. The suspended sludge settles and deposits at the bottom of the pool. The driving unit rotates the central vertical shaft, which in turn drives the scraper arms and mud scraper plates to remove sludge from the pool perimeter towards the central mud collection trough. The sludge is then discharged outside the pool via the mud discharge pipe under the force of the still water pressure within the pool. Floating debris on the surface is removed by a rotating skimmer and scraped into the waste discharge hopper for external discharge. The clear liquid above the surface overflows through a triangular overflow weir plate into the discharge channel.
