Detailed Description
The oil and mud scraper is a specialized equipment used in petrochemical wastewater treatment plants and other oil wastewater treatment plants. It employs the movement of scraper blades to concentrate oil sludge at the bottom of the separator tank and floating oil on the surface of the liquid, separately directing them to the ends. From there, the floating oil is collected through a single oil collection pipe at one end or through oil collection pipes at both ends, and then guided out of the tank. The effluent valve simultaneously discharges the sludge at the bottom of the tank outside the tank.

Structure and Features
The scraper unit for oil and mud is mounted on the top cover of the grease separator. It consists of an electric motor, a planetary harmonic drive reducer, and a chain drive mechanism. The drive transmits power via chains to remove oil mud from the bottom of the separator and to float oil from the surface, facilitating installation. It also compensates for the elongation of the chain links due to wear over time after continuous rotation, with tensioning and locking devices installed separately.
