Aeration hose

Detailed description
Aeration Hoses, Micro-perforated Aeration Hoses, Variable Perforation Aeration Hoses, Aeration Hoses.
1. This product is a soft tubular aeration device made of fiber-reinforced modified plastic.
2. The aeration hose surface is uniformly perforated, allowing for even aeration. It produces medium-sized bubbles in water, with slow rising speed, even distribution, and high oxygen utilization rate.
3. The aeration hose swells during aeration and flattens under still water pressure when not in use, preventing sludge backflow.
4. The wall thickness of the aeration hose is only 2mm, with a short and straight airway, resulting in minimal pressure loss.
5. The pores are narrow, elongated slits, with the width variable within a certain range.
6. The inner surface of the aeration hose is very smooth, making it difficult for biofilms to adhere.
7. No air filtration equipment required; can stop aeration at any time without causing blockage, regardless of the duration of the stoppage.
8. Easy assembly with low flatness requirements; the air supply pipe and aeration pipe are integrated at the bottom of the pool, eliminating the need for additional pipeline equipment; priced lower than other micro-porous aeration systems.
9. Excellent resistance to acid and alkali.
10. Can be curled for packaging, compact in size, convenient for transportation.
Design Reference Suggestions
1. Design technical parameter values: aeration volume 3 m³/m.h, oxygen utilization rate 12%.
2. The distance from the hose to the bottom of the pool should generally be 300-500mm, with a spacing of 500mm between hoses. The design can vary depending on the water quality, removal load, and oxygen demand.
3. Within a certain range, multiple aeration hoses (usually not exceeding 10) can be connected to a single air distribution pipe to form a group, controlled by a single valve. To ensure uniform air supply to all aeration hoses in the group, the diameter of the air distribution pipe should be appropriately increased.
4. When using aeration hoses in an activated sludge process, such as in a Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) treatment system, it is recommended to incorporate effluent discharge measures in the design to facilitate the removal of sludge from the pipes if needed.
