Common Faults and Solutions of Enamel Kettle

Common faults and solutions for enamel pots are as follows:

Leakage at the Seal Surface: Cause - Loose screw thread or damaged sealing surface. Solution - Retighten the screw, and if the sealing surface is damaged, it needs to be resurfaced and polished.

2. Leak Detected at Valve: Cause - Damage to valve stem and sealing surface of the valve mouth. Solution - Repair or replace the damaged valve stem and valve mouth.

3. The outer magnetic steel rotates while the inner magnetic steel does not, resulting in a decrease in motor current. Causes: Excessive temperature rise within the reactor, inadequate cooling circulation, demagnetization of the inner magnetic steel at high temperatures, hydrogenation reaction, cracks in the inner magnetic steel sleeve, or expansion of the inner magnetic steel. Solution: Contact the supplier to replace the inner magnetic steel.

4. Friction noise inside magnetic clutch transmission: Reason: Wear on the sleeve and bearing, excessive gap causing the inner magnetic steel to vibrate during rotation. Solution: Contact the supplier and replace the bearings and sleeves.

5. Enamel Peeling and Cracking: Prevention Methods: Avoid vibration and external impact during transportation, and do not add granular materials when in use. If necessary, avoid stirring to prevent damage to the enamel surface. In case of enamel peeling or cracking, apply a repair agent immediately to prevent solvent corrosion of the reaction kettle's metal body, and avoid unnecessary shutdowns and equipment scrapping.
