9. A, B, C certificates, original ID card for information collection, phone number, verification code (for unregistered users), (If the ID card has been successfully activated, OK. If the phone number is already registered and does not match the ID card information, a new number is required.) Existing ABC certificates, copies of certificates (including the validity page)
