Single-tube dryer

The single-tube dryer is a new type of single-tube drying equipment developed based on the drum dryer, and can be widely used in:

1. Drying of coal sludge, raw coal, flotation concentrate, mixed concentrate, and other materials in the coal industry.

2. Drying of blast furnace slag, clay, bentonite, limestone, sand, quartz stone, and other materials for the construction industry.

3. Drying of various ore concentrate, waste residues, tailings, and other materials in the mining industry.

4. Drying of thermally sensitive materials in the chemical industry.
Product Features

1. Adjust operating parameters according to different material properties to ensure a stable, comprehensive material coverage within the dryer drum, facilitating a more thorough heat exchange.

2. The dryer boasts strong overload resistance, high processing capacity, low fuel consumption, and low drying costs; 3. The new feeding and discharging equipment eliminates feeding blockages, irregularities, and backfeeding in drum dryers, reducing the load on the dust removal system.

4. Utilizing a downstream drying method, flue gas and wet material enter the dryer from the same side. This allows for a high evaporation intensity by utilizing high-temperature flue gas, resulting in a low outlet temperature and high thermal efficiency of the dryer.

5. The new internal structure enhances the cleaning and heat conduction of dispersed materials, eliminates sticking on the inner wall of the cylinder, and has stronger adaptability to material moisture and viscosity.

6. Product particle size and moisture content can be controlled according to customer requirements. When drying wet material, the moisture content of the product can be below 8%, and the particle size can be controlled under 8mm.
