Purpose and Principle of Flat Die Granulator
Primarily used for compressing coarse fiber materials such as corn stalks, wood chips, rice hulls, cotton stalks, weeds, and other crop straws, municipal solid waste, industrial waste, low adhesive materials difficult to granulate, feed pellets for rural farming households and farms, and also suitable for low-temperature granulation of biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and compound fertilizer.
The granulation principle involves the motor, after being speed-reduced by a gear reducer, driving the main shaft of the machine. The main shaft is connected to the roller shaft. The mold remains stationary, while the roller and mold material frictionally rotate, forcing the material through the mold. The cutters then sever the extruded material, which falls into the centrifugal tray and is ejected into the machine's discharge bin, completing the granulation process.
