Most wood processing enterprises now use dried wood, with most manufacturers believing that the wood is dried and directly proceed to production. Products are then directly produced. However, cracking, bubbling, and paint peeling have occurred, which are generally not expected. The root cause is often attributed to uneven moisture content. Many manufacturers have tried various methods like carbonization, hardening, and wax injection, yet the problem is not fundamentally resolved. What problems must be tackled at their source?

We strictly control the raw material intake. Wood that has been dried is not considered dried wood. It must be tested for compliance before entering the workshop, and if it doesn't meet the standards, it must be re-dried.

2. Maintain strict quality control of semi-finished products. During the production process, they absorb moisture from the air, particularly in humid conditions, such as during the summer months, the rainy season, when wood tends to absorb moisture heavily, and when adhesive joints are bonded using a 40% moisture content adhesive, leading to potential bulging, cracking, and wave-like patterns. Therefore, it is essential to condition the semi-finished products before sanding and painting.
