Product Introduction:

Most wood processing enterprises now use dried wood, with most manufacturers believing that the wood is dry and proceeds directly to production. The products are then released. However, cracking, warping, and peeling paint have emerged, which are generally considered to be avoidable. The root cause is usually uneven moisture content. Many manufacturers have tried various methods such as carbonization, hardening, and wax injection, yet the issue is not resolved at its core. What problem must be solved at its root?

1. Stringently control the incoming materials; dried wood is not merely referred to as 'dried material'. All wood entering the workshop must first be inspected for compliance; if not up to standard, it must undergo secondary drying.

2. Strictly control semi-finished products, as they absorb moisture from the air during the production process, especially in humid air conditions, during the summer months with high humidity and the plum rain season. Wood tends to absorb a lot of moisture, resulting in high moisture content. Additionally, during processing, gaps between boards are glued with adhesive containing 40% moisture, which is prone to bulging, cracking, and wave-like phenomena. Therefore, semi-finished products must be preserved before sanding and painting.

3. To cater to the market, our company has developed two types of secondary drying equipment. One is an intelligent far-infrared electric energy drying box, and the other is a vacuum high-frequency drying device.

E. Vacuum high-frequency secondary drying equipment is particularly suitable for thick, hard, large-section square timbers (which require a long time with conventional drying methods), as well as valuable woods such as rosewood, huanghuali, and chicken wing wood.
