Most wood processing enterprises now use kiln-dried wood, with most manufacturers assuming the wood is dry and proceeding directly to production. Products are then produced directly. However, issues like cracking, warping, and paint bubbling have arisen, which are generally not expected. The root cause is usually uneven moisture content. Many manufacturers have tried various methods like carbonization, hardening, and wax injection, yet they haven't resolved the issue at its core. What problem needs to be solved at its root?

We maintain strict quality control over incoming materials. Kiln-dried wood is not considered kiln-dried; it must be tested for compliance before entering the workshop. If it doesn't meet standards, it must be re-dried.

2. Stringently control the semi-finished product quality, as it absorbs moisture from the air during production, particularly in humid air conditions, such as in the summer when air humidity is high and during the plum rain season. Wood tends to absorb moisture, leading to high moisture content. Additionally, during processing, glue with 40% moisture content is used to bond the gaps between boards, which can result in high moisture levels causing the boards to swell, burst, or develop wavy patterns. Therefore, it is essential to condition the semi-finished products before sanding and painting.
