Product Introduction

The JLM.JLK series of wood-specific hot air (steam) drying equipment can dry wood of various tree species, sizes, and purposes. It boasts high efficiency, energy savings, safety, reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. Widely used in various wood processing enterprises, it is particularly suitable for companies exporting wooden products. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air in the heat exchange system. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature air stream is sent through a controlled pipeline system to the drying room for drying the wood. Simultaneously, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which is sent into the drying room according to the drying process requirements through the control pipeline system for steam injection and moisture adjustment. Saturated steam can quickly make the moisture content inside and outside the wood consistent, thus relieving the residual stress in the wood. Moreover, for solid and thick wood, our company's developed pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used, which solves defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during the drying process, maximizing the yield of finished wood products. Furthermore, it is equipped with a heat energy reuse system, which maximizes the reduction of heat energy loss caused by moisture discharge, significantly lowering the drying cost and shortening the drying cycle. After 6-8 hours of high-temperature steam drying when the wood moisture content is below 15%, all insects and eggs within the wood can be completely killed.

Control Systems and Features:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment is equipped with adjustable combustion aid devices inside the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the beginning of the chimney, adjustable steam spray devices at the beginning of the air duct, and comes with an automatic temperature display instrument and a humidity and dryness detection instrument. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, ensuring the maximum drying of wood.
The control system can be fully automatic or manually controlled. In large drying rooms, top-mounted and side-mounted circulating fans can be added according to customer requirements to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
