Product Introduction

The JLM.JLK series of wood-specific hot air (steam) drying equipment can dry wood of various species, sizes, and purposes. It boasts high efficiency, energy saving, safety, reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. Widely used in wood processing enterprises, it is particularly suitable for wood product export companies. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air through the heat exchange system. This high-temperature air is then circulated by the fan through a controlled pipeline system to the drying chamber, where it dries the wood. Simultaneously, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which is sent into the drying chamber through the control pipeline system according to the drying process requirements. This steam treatment adjusts the moisture content of the wood, allowing the moisture inside and outside the wood to become uniform in a short time, thereby releasing residual stresses in the wood. Additionally, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used, which solves defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during the drying process, greatly improving the yield of finished wood products. Moreover, it is equipped with a heat energy secondary utilization system, which greatly reduces heat loss caused by moisture removal, significantly lowering drying costs and shortening the drying cycle. After 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam treatment when the wood moisture content is below 15%, all insects and eggs within the wood can be completely killed.

Control Systems and Functions:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment is equipped with adjustable combustion assist devices in the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the beginning of the chimney, adjustable steam spray devices at the beginning of the air duct, and is fitted with an automatic temperature display instrument and a humidity detection instrument. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, achieving maximum drying of wood.
The control system can be fully automatic or manually controlled. In large drying rooms, top-mounted and side-mounted circulating fans can be added according to customer requirements to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
