Product Introduction

The JLM.JLK series dedicated wood drying equipment (hot air/steam) can dry various types of wood, including different species, sizes, and purposes. It boasts high efficiency, energy saving, safety, reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. Widely used in wood processing enterprises, it is particularly suitable for wood product export companies. During normal operation, the fuel burns completely in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air through the heat exchange system. Under the action of the circulating fan, this high-temperature air flow is transported through the control pipeline system to the drying room, where it dries the wood. Simultaneously, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which, according to the drying process requirements, is sent into the drying room through the control pipeline system for steam injection and moisture adjustment. The saturated steam can quickly equalize the moisture content inside and outside the wood, thereby releasing residual stresses. Additionally, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used, which solves the defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. Furthermore, it is equipped with a secondary heat utilization system, which maximizes the reduction of heat loss caused by moisture discharge, significantly lowers drying costs, and shortens the drying cycle. After a 6-8-hour high-temperature dry steam treatment when the moisture content of the wood is below 15%, all insects and eggs residing in the wood can be completely killed.

Control Systems and Features:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment features adjustable combustion assist devices within the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the start of the chimney, adjustable steam喷射 devices at the start of the air duct, and is equipped with an automatic temperature display meter and humidity detection meter. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying room according to the drying process requirements, achieving maximum drying of wood.
The control system can be fully automated or manually controlled. In large ovens, top-mounted and side-mounted circulating fans can be added according to customer requirements to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
