The JLM.JLK series wood-specific hot air (steam) drying equipment can dry wood of various tree species, sizes, and uses. It boasts high efficiency and energy-saving, safety and reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. It is widely used in wood processing enterprises and is particularly suitable for wood product export companies. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, producing high-temperature air through the heat exchange system. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature airflow is transported through the controlled pipeline system to the drying room for wood drying. Simultaneously, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which, according to the drying process requirements, is sent into the drying room through the controlled pipeline system to perform steam injection and moisture adjustment on the wood. The saturated steam can make the moisture inside and outside the wood consistent in a short time, thereby eliminating the residual stress in the wood. Moreover, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used, which solves the internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation defects that occur during the drying process, greatly improving the finished product rate of the wood. Additionally, it is equipped with a heat energy reuse system, which greatly reduces the heat loss caused by moisture discharge, significantly lowering the drying cost and shortening the drying cycle. When the wood moisture content is below 15%, all insects and eggs living inside the wood can be completely killed after a 6-8-hour high-temperature dry steam treatment.

Control Systems and Functions:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment is equipped with adjustable combustion assist devices inside the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the beginning of the chimney, adjustable steam jet devices at the beginning of the air duct, and comes with an automatic temperature display instrument and a humidity and moisture detection instrument. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying room according to the drying process requirements, ensuring the maximum drying of wood.
The control system can be fully automated or manually controlled. In large ovens, top-mounted and side-mounted circulating fans can be added according to customer requirements to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
