Product Description:
The Belt Dryer is mainly composed of an air intake unit, an exhaust unit, a circulating air unit, a belt, a heating system, a feeder, a transmission mechanism, and a control system. Materials are evenly spread on the belt by a撒布机 (distributor), which is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel (or carbon steel) wire mesh and is moved inside the dryer by a transmission device. The drying section is composed of several units, where hot air passes through the material layer via a fan, completing the heat exchange process. The moist air with higher moisture content is exhausted by the exhaust fan.

6. The machine is insulated with rock wool, ensuring good sealing, creating an environmentally friendly, hygienic, and safe working environment.
7. The bottom of the conveyor belt is designed with an inclined surface, facilitating the collection and cleaning of materials.
