Product Description:
The Belt Dryer is mainly composed of the inlet unit, exhaust unit, circulating air unit, conveyor belt, heating system, feeder, transmission mechanism, and control system. Materials are evenly spread on the conveyor belt by a spreader machine. The conveyor belt is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel (or carbon steel) wire mesh, which is moved inside the dryer by the transmission device. The drying section is composed of several units. Hot air passes through the material layer by the fan, completing the heat exchange process with the material. The gas with high moisture content is exhausted by the exhaust fan.

1. The conveyor belt speed is adjustable with frequency conversion, ensuring both the drying time of the material and its moisture content.
2. Designed with material characteristics in mind, the mixing storage bin and unique material distribution mechanism facilitate easy dispersion of chunky materials without affecting their properties. The thickness of the material layer is easily adjustable, ensuring even distribution of material both longitudinally and laterally on the conveyor belt.
Each controllable unit features an independent fresh air supply inlet, heater, circulation fan, duct filter, and exhaust outlet.
4. Heaters and circulating fans are set at the bottom of the machine, with quick-opening doors on both sides for easy cleaning and maintenance.
5. Utilizing rational inclined air guide plates, the conveyor belt achieves even lateral air distribution, with a small temperature difference, and makes material cleaning easier.
6. The machinery is insulated with rock wool, ensuring good sealing for an environmentally friendly, hygienic, and safe working environment.
7. The bottom of the conveyor belt at the lower level of the machine is designed with an inclined surface for easy collection and cleaning of materials.
