Product Introduction

The JLM.JLK series wood-specific hot air (steam) drying equipment can dry wood of various species, sizes, and purposes, featuring high efficiency, energy-saving, safety, reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. It is widely used in wood processing enterprises, particularly suitable for export-oriented wood product companies. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air through the heat exchange system. This hot air is then circulated through the control pipeline system to the drying chamber, where it dries the wood. Simultaneously, the steam generation system produces a large volume of atmospheric steam, which is sent into the drying chamber through the control pipeline system according to the drying process requirements for steam injection and moisture adjustment. The saturated steam can quickly equalize the moisture inside and outside the wood, thereby relieving residual stresses. Additionally, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used, which resolves internal cracks, end cracks, and deformation defects during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. Moreover, it is equipped with a heat energy secondary utilization system, which maximizes the reduction of heat loss caused by moisture expulsion, significantly lowering drying costs and shortening the drying cycle. After 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam treatment when the wood moisture content is below 15%, all insects and eggs inside the wood can be completely killed.
Control Systems and Features:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment is equipped with adjustable combustion assistance in the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the beginning of the chimney, adjustable steam injection devices at the beginning of the air duct, and comes with an automatic temperature display instrument and a humidity and dryness detection instrument. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, ensuring maximum drying of wood.
The control system can be fully automatic or manually controlled. In large drying rooms, top-mounted and side-mounted circulating fans can be added according to customer requirements to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
