The JLM.JLK series of wood-specific hot air (steam) drying equipment can dry wood of various species, sizes, and purposes. It boasts high efficiency and energy saving, safety and reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low cost. It is widely used in various wood processing enterprises, especially suitable for wood product export companies. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air in the heat exchange system. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature airflow is sent through the control pipeline system to the drying room to dry the wood. Simultaneously, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which is sent into the drying room through the control pipeline system according to the drying process requirements for spraying and humidifying treatment. The saturated steam can quickly make the moisture inside and outside the wood consistent, thereby eliminating the residual stress of the wood. Additionally, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used, solving internal cracks, end cracks, deformation, and other defects during the drying process, greatly improving the finished product rate of wood. Furthermore, it is equipped with a secondary heat utilization system, which maximizes the reduction of heat loss caused by exhaust moisture, significantly lowers drying costs, and shortens the drying cycle. After a 6-8-hour high-temperature dry steam treatment when the wood moisture content is below 15%, all insects and eggs residing in the wood can be completely killed.
Control Systems and Features:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment features adjustable combustion aids within the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the smokestack inlet, adjustable steam spray devices at the air duct inlet, and is equipped with an automatic temperature display instrument and a humidity sensor. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, achieving maximum drying of wood.
The control system can be fully automatic or manually controlled. In large ovens, top-mounted and side-mounted circulating fans can be added according to customer requirements to further enhance the indoor hot air circulation.
