The JLM.JLK series wood-specific hot air (steam) drying equipment can dry wood of various tree species, sizes, and uses. It boasts high efficiency, energy-saving, safety, reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air through the heat exchange system. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature air is channeled through the control pipeline system to the drying room for drying the wood. Meanwhile, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which is sent into the drying room through the control pipeline system according to the drying process requirements for steam injection and moisture adjustment. Saturated steam can make the moisture inside and outside the wood consistent in a short time, thereby releasing the residual stress in the wood. Additionally, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used, which solves the defects such as internal cracks, end cracks, and deformation that occur during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. Moreover, it is equipped with a heat energy secondary utilization system, which maximizes the reduction of heat energy loss caused by moisture discharge, significantly lowering drying costs and shortening the drying cycle. When the wood moisture content is below 15%, all insects and eggs within the wood can be completely killed after 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam.

Control Systems and FeaturesThe JLM.JLK series drying equipment features adjustable combustion assist devices inside the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the beginning of the chimney, adjustable steam spray devices at the beginning of the air duct, and is equipped with an automatic temperature display instrument and a moisture and humidity detection instrument. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, achieving maximum wood drying efficiency.

The control system can be fully automated or manually controlled. In large ovens, top-mounted and side-mounted circulation fans can be added according to user requirements to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
