Product Introduction

The JLM.JLK series of specialized wood drying equipment (using hot air or steam) can dry various types of wood in different sizes and for various purposes. It boasts high efficiency and energy savings, safety, reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. It is widely used in various wood processing enterprises, especially suitable for exporters of wooden products. During normal operation, the fuel burns completely in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air through the heat exchange system. Under the action of the circulating fan, this hot air flow is channeled through control piping to the drying chamber where it dries the wood. Meanwhile, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric pressure steam, which, according to the drying process requirements, is sent into the drying chamber through control piping to humidify the wood with steam. Saturated steam can quickly equalize the moisture content inside and outside the wood, thereby relieving residual stresses in the wood. Additionally, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be employed to address internal splits, end splits, and deformation issues during drying, significantly increasing the yield of finished wood products. Moreover, it is equipped with a heat energy recycling system, which greatly reduces heat loss due to moisture exhaust, lowering drying costs and shortening the drying cycle. When the moisture content of the wood is below 15%, all wood-boring insects and eggs can be killed after 6-8 hours of high-temperature steam treatment.
Control Systems and Features:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment is equipped with adjustable combustion support devices inside the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the start of the chimney, adjustable steam spray devices at the start of the air duct, and comes with an automatic temperature display meter and humidity detection meter. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying room according to the drying process requirements, achieving maximum wood drying efficiency.
The control system can be fully automatic or manually controlled. In large drying rooms, top-mounted and side-mounted circulating fans can be added upon customer request to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
