The Golden Dragon Tower Grain Dryer, also known as a grain dryer, is an ideal equipment for drying grains. The processed products are fed into the dryer via a feeding device, ensuring the equipment operates at full load throughout its operation. Entering the cylinder preliminary cleaning sieve, it is a mixture of raw grains and also serves as the intake and outlet passage for the drying air. The conveying machine sends it into the storage warehouse for purification and sedimentation. Impurities are removed in the preliminary cleaning sieve, and the sifted grains are transported via conveyors and elevators to the storage warehouse for storage. The storage warehouse also has ventilation functions, removing some surface moisture through the movement of the grains. The valves are opened, and through the conveyors and elevators, the grains are transported to the drying machine for the drying process. The top drying section uses a higher hot air temperature to quickly raise the grain temperature and remove some surface moisture; the middle drying section uses a moderate hot air temperature to remove a large amount of moisture; after passing through the above drying sections, the grain kernel temperature has risen, so the bottom drying section uses a lower temperature to remove moisture adsorbed strongly within the grain kernels without raising the grain temperature too much. After sufficient cooling in the cooling section, the grains with safe moisture and temperature can be directly stored in the warehouse. During loading, the grains in the hopper are conveyed by the machine and the elevator to the storage warehouse, and then sent into the drying cylinder of the drying machine by the rising and falling elevator until it is full. During drying, the discharging mechanism continuously feeds the grains at the bottom of the drying section to the dragon of the lower drying machine. The lower dragon of the drying machine sends the grains to the elevator to be lifted to the upper dragon of the drying machine, which then sends the grains into the drying machine's recovery bin. The grains in the recovery bin, under their own weight, slowly move from top to bottom through the four drying sections. From the moment the grains enter the drying section to the moment they enter it again is one cycle. The air indirectly heated by the hot air furnace is sent into the drying section hot air chamber by the centrifugal blower, where the hot air continuously crosses the thin grain layer horizontally, with the flow direction of the hot air intersecting with the grain movement direction, allowing for sufficient contact between the hot air stream and the grains, heating, warming, and reducing moisture. After the grain layer is dried, the waste gas is discharged out of the machine. This drying machine optimally combines the "upflow" and "downflow" drying processes to achieve the drying effect, which is a characteristic of the grain drying tower.
