Feed Roller Drying Equipment

Mechanical structure and working principle:
Our company-developed beer dregs (feed) dryer can quickly dehydrate and dry wet beer dregs (feed) with a moisture content of about 85% to a dry product with a moisture content of about 10%. The beer dregs (feed) dryer is mainly composed of a heating source, a feeding machine, an inlet feeding machine, a rotary drum, an outlet feeding machine, an induced draft fan, a discharge device, and an electrical control cabinet; after dehydration, the wet beer dregs (feed) enter the dryer, are evenly distributed and stirred by the scraper inside the drum, and are uniformly dispersed and fully contacted with hot air inside the dryer, accelerating the heat and mass transfer during drying. During the drying process, under the action of the inclined scraper and the heat medium, the beer dregs (feed) are discharged as dried products from the star-shaped discharge valve at the other end of the dryer.
