Equipment Introduction

Photocatalytic equipment (UV photodecomposition equipment) primarily utilizes specially designed high-energy high-ozone UV ultraviolet light beams to irradiate waste gases. It decomposes industrial waste gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, butyl acetate, disulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), VOCs, and benzene. This causes the molecular chains of organic or inorganic高分子恶臭化合物 to decompose and transform into low-molecular-weight compounds under the照射 of high-energy UV light beams, such as CO2 and H2O. Structural Features

1. Composed of modular structural design, featuring low air resistance ≤ 400Pa, noiseless operation, no need for dedicated maintenance, and simple to handle; main components are easy to disassemble, repair, or replace, with purification efficiency reaching ≥ 90%.

2. Pre-filter棉: Fire-resistant and dust-proof, effectively isolates larger debris from the filtration volume.

3. UV Light Tubes: High-energy UV beam to remove organic odor waste gases; each tube is 150W, with a normal lifespan of 8,000-12,000 hours.

4. Electrical cabinet door: Equipped with UV lamp tube controls for easy maintenance of power supply and lamp components.

Application Range

Industrial wastewater and gas-phase pollutant treatment. Handling Instructions

1. This equipment is not suitable for purifying or corrosive gases; treated exhaust must be discharged outdoors.

2. Built-in UV light tubes can be harmful to the eyes and skin; use photo-catalytic equipment with caution.

3. Operating Environment: Temperature: +10～+40℃; Humidity: 20～90%; Airflow Temperature < 80℃.

4. When installed outdoors, there should be rain and sunshade awnings to prevent any impact on the equipment's lifespan.
