The water curtain paint booth is composed of a room body, a trough, stainless steel water curtain panels, a water circulation system, and an exhaust filtration system. It not only completes the paint spraying of workpieces normally but also effectively prevents the discharge of waste paint, thus preventing environmental pollution. The structure design of the water curtain panels is advanced and rational, ensuring indoor air flow speed, improving the painting rate, and capturing paint residue. It also ensures a uniform water curtain layer, continuous, reliable, with no interruptions or water splashes. The spiral device and the removable and assembleable air-water separation baffles can thoroughly wash and separate paint residue and water vapor, achieving environmental purification and conveniently and effectively solving the problem of paint residue cleaning on the panels, particularly facilitating maintenance and care.
Water curtain paint spray booth working principle:
Parts are fed into the paint spray room via a suspended conveyor or placed on a workbench with a turntable. Operators use a handheld electrostatic spray gun or a fixed rotary cup spray gun for the painting process. The electrostatic spray guns offer excellent paint mist capture. The scattered overspray is drawn into a water curtain for purification, then further treated by a spray rinse, and the purified gas is discharged outside through a gas-water separator. The captured paint mist, along with the water flow, is drained into a settling pool, where it is filtered by a pump, causing paint residue to float to the surface. Then, a paint coagulant is added to the pool, causing the residue to coagulate into loose clumps. These are then scooped out and disposed of in a container for centralized treatment, maintaining water quality and achieving the goal of paint mist purification.
