Far-Infrared Electric Power Paint Baking Room Introduction:

It can reach the working temperature of around 40℃ in 10-16 minutes, saving energy. The heated air has high heat per unit volume and even distribution, ensuring reliable temperature for all points inside the room.
2. Equipped with multiple paint mist filters, creating a superior working environment for technicians to spray paint, and meeting the requirements of high-level baking and spraying.
3. Furniture paint baking rooms can be designed as spray painting rooms, baking rooms with a conveyor belt, which is a sequential spray and bake painting room - first spray, then bake. This saves time, offers quick speed, and facilitates a production line workflow.
Far-Infrared Electric Power Paint Baking Booth Working Principle:
During the painting process, after the external air is initially filtered through the intake vent, it is then sent into the paint room's static pressure chamber by the blower. After being further filtered by the top cotton filter, the air is evenly distributed into the working space of the paint room. The air flow forms a wind curtain around the workpiece from top to bottom. At this point, the wind speed inside the paint room is >0.3 m/s, and the spray mist from painting will not linger at the operator's breathing area but quickly descend with the air flow. The air flow passes through the bottom water filter and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust duct. Subsequently, a far-infrared tube is used to dry the coating layer.
