Golden Dragon Spray Painting and Baking Combination Room Introduction:
1. Our furniture baking paint room features rational design, excellent performance, rapid heating speed, favorable painting environment, and an air flow rate of about 0.35m/s. The room can reach working temperature of around 40°C in just 10-16 minutes, saving energy. The heated air has high unit volume heat and even distribution, providing a reliable guarantee for the temperature at each point inside the room.
2. Employed multiple paint mist filtration devices, creating a better working environment for technicians to spray paint and meeting the requirements for high-level baking and spraying.
3. Furniture paint baking rooms can be designed as spray painting rooms, baking rooms with a conveyor belt, which is a sequential spray and bake painting room, saving time, quick in speed, and suitable for assembly line operations.
Golden Dragon Paint Bake Combination Booth Operating Principle:
During painting, the external air is first filtered through the inlet air filter and then sent into the paint room's static pressure chamber by the fan. After being further filtered by the top cotton filter, it is evenly distributed into the painting workspace. The air flow forms a wind curtain around the workpiece from top to bottom. At this point, the wind speed inside the paint room is greater than 0.3m/s, and the spray mist generated during painting will not remain at the operator's breathing area but quickly descend with the air flow. After passing through the bottom water filter, the air flow is exhausted through the exhaust duct at a high altitude. Subsequently, the coating is dried using far-infrared lamps to promote the curing of the coating.
