JLM Series Hot Air (Steam) Drying Oven

Main Structure and Features：

JLM utilizes a unique steam generator to ensure an adequate steam supply to the drying kiln. During the initial drying stage, the abundant steam entering the kiln increases humidity, preventing wood deformation and cracking. The supply of hot air and steam can be flexibly adjusted to meet different drying requirements, accommodating various wood types. The dried wood maintains its shape, color, and does not crack. It can be integrated with existing earthen kilns for technical upgrades, saving on equipment investment. Kilns can be designed to match multiple drying rooms for alternating operations. The entire equipment set complies with relevant regulations of the national technical supervision department, ensuring safety, efficiency, and ease of operation. The hot air furnace is divided into two sections: the combustion section and the heat exchange section, which operate independently.

Operation Method: Utilizes a reciprocating heat circulation system to generate high-temperature air, which is then expelled by a high-pressure blower. Features high thermal efficiency, rapid temperature rise, and energy reuse to reduce costs.

Primary Fuels; bark, sawdust, shavings, coal, and other biomass fuels.

Application Scope:This equipment is primarily suitable for drying thinner softwood and for heating workshops and greenhouses.
