* The telescopic boom aerial work platforms are divided into series with lifting heights of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 meters.

Usage Instructions:
1. The hydraulic lifting platforms (hereinafter referred to as the platform) have all been inspected and debugged before shipment, with all technical specifications meeting the design requirements. Simply connect the ground wire during use, no adjustments are needed for the hydraulic or electrical systems.
2. Ensure the hydraulic and electrical systems are free of leaks or exposed parts before using the platform.
3. When in use, the platform's four legs should be securely planted on a solid surface (as the caster wheels are about to lift off the ground). Wooden blocks may be used as needed.
4. The platform should be operated empty 1-3 times before it can be loaded for operation.
5. The center of gravity should ideally be positioned at the center of the workbench.
6. The swinging doors at both ends of the guardrail should be securely closed and locked before operation.
7. Hydraulic Control System
Process: First, turn on the motor start switch, the motor rotates, the gear pump pumps oil, the cylinder extends, and the platform lifts. Once it reaches the desired working height, press the motor stop button, the platform stops lifting and lowering, and you can begin work. For lowering, press the solenoid energize button; at this point, the cylinder returns oil, and the platform descends by its own weight. After it returns to the original position, turn off the solenoid (disconnect power).

Important Notes:
1. When using the platform, the work surface should be kept level.
2. When working outdoors, a safety rope should be worn on platforms over five meters high.
3. During the lifting or lowering process, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to climb the platform. If maintenance is required, securely hold the top of the platform after it is raised before proceeding.
4. The platform must not be moved after it is raised, and the operation should not be initiated unless all four legs are securely supported.
5. No overloading is permitted during platform use. All items must be securely placed on the work surface and should not be moved.
6. The hydraulic oil should be kept clean, free from water and other impurities, and generally replaced every six months. In winter, use N32 hydraulic oil; in summer, use N46 hydraulic oil.
7. In the event of a platform malfunction, promptly disconnect the power source for repair.
