This machine tool is a high-precision grinding machine, specifically a horizontal shaft through-type double-end face grinding machine. It is mainly used for the double-end face grinding of small and medium-sized bearing inner and outer rings, oil pump rotors, uniformly thick connecting rods, retainers, piston rings, valve seats, valve pieces and plates, gears and sleeves, graphite blocks, flanges, copper-aluminum precision plates, and other components. It can also be used for the double-end face grinding of other circular or non-standard metal and non-metal workpieces. Machine tool structural features: 1. The bed frame and workbench are made of cast iron, heat-treated for improved toughness and exhibit excellent overall seismic performance. 2. The machine tool features a horizontal layout with high-precision crossed roller guide ways for the in-and-out tracks of the two grinding wheel heads. It boasts excellent rigidity, high repeat positioning accuracy, long service life, and easy maintenance. 3. Machining equipment utilizes through-type and belt roller friction feeding methods. Non-standard parts can be fed using chain drives or non-standard belt feeding methods, based on the geometrical dimensions of the workpiece, to implement continuous grinding processes. The feeding method and style can be determined according to the geometrical dimensions and precision of the customer's workpiece, and can be equipped with an automatic feeding lifting device. 4. Feeding and retracting of machine tool grinding wheels, as well as automatic dressing, are all controlled by PLC. The system can choose between Mitsubishi or Shenyang Jinggang different brands. Both grinding wheels can be independently dressed and can perform concave-convex corrections on the wheels. 5. The auxiliary grinding head motor for machine tools can be optionally equipped with a variable frequency drive, allowing for stepless speed adjustment. Suitable for equal quantity grinding of workpiece ends with unequal surface areas.
