Force control can better perform precise fatigue tests on components.
Control is primarily achieved through microcomputer control methods, offering more comprehensive and robust functionality compared to PLCs. 3. Hybrid fatigue testing involves more than just chaotic, unstructured fatigue; it is designed to handle multi-force or multi-displacement, or mixed force and displacement tests. It is mainly used for fatigue requirements in comprehensive force testing. It can perform synchronous testing at one or several points, as well as separate testing at one or several points. The testing method can be customized according to the customer's specific sample characteristics. 4. When selecting a fatigue testing machine, it is crucial to first clarify the relationship between force, displacement, and frequency. After confirming these parameters, the testing method must also be defined. Purposeful communication will facilitate a quicker and more comprehensive understanding of the machine's specifications, configuration, and pricing. A fatigue testing machine is a non-standard customized product within the category of conventional testing machines. Although components are modular, customization requires thorough communication.
