PWS Series Vibration Dampener Test Machine

I. Application:

The PWS series electro-hydraulic servo vibration damper comprehensive performance tester is suitable for dynamic and static performance testing of various dampers,筒式减振器, and combined vibration dampers, including demonstration tests, speed characteristic tests, gas rebound force tests, fatigue life (durability tests), temperature characteristic tests, and lateral force loading tests for various automotive dampers. The testing methods comply with the requirements specified in QC/T491-2018 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Automotive Dampers."

II. Technical Specifications

Maximum static test force: ±5kN - 50kN, indication accuracy ±1%, accuracy range 2% - 100FS.

2. Maximum dynamic test force: ±2KN to ±4k0N, dynamic fluctuation ≤ ±1%FS.

Frequency Range: 0.01-20 Hz

4. Maximum line speed: 1.5 m/s

Actuator Maximum Stroke: ±100mm (total stroke 200mm), Indicating Accuracy ±0.5FS.

6. Waveforms: Indicated power, linear velocity, sine wave, half-sine wave, rectangular wave, square wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, static loading ramp wave, etc.

7. Constant Pressure Servo Pump Station: Pressure of 21 MPa, meets system requirements.

8. Controller: Full digital hydraulic servo controller; Control Method: Force and displacement closed-loop control

10. Maximum Test Space (from the bottom surface of the actuator to the bottom surface of the worktable): 300-1500mm

11. Adjustment of Test Space: Hydraulic lifting and locking beam.

13. Data Processing Method: The computer screen displays test parameters, automatically plots test curves, and the data processing method meets the relevant test requirements specified by the standard QC/T 491-2018 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Vehicle Shock Absorbers."
