1、Usage:

The mechanical steel plate spring fatigue tester is primarily used for testing the fatigue life of automotive steel plate spring assemblies. By replacing the test accessories, it can also conduct fatigue life tests on various helical springs and components used in various motor vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and other motorized vehicles.

2、Mechanical Steel Plate Spring Fatigue Tester Structural Features:

(1) The main body is constructed with a "C" shape structure, with the force enclosed internally, requiring minimal foundation. The body is a welded steel plate structure, featuring high overall strength and a flat, aesthetically pleasing appearance.

(2) The main drive system utilizes a two-stage reduction transmission: the first stage is belt-driven, with the passive belt pulley also serving as an inertial wheel, achieving a higher speed to increase inertial energy storage, significantly reducing the power of the drive motor; the second stage is gear-driven.

(3) The first-level transmission mechanism is equipped with an air clutch to ensure the motor starts under no-load conditions. The air clutch offers advantages such as safety, reliability, and the ability to be operated remotely.

(4) The design features a worktable with overall lifting and lowering capabilities for easy installation of the leaf spring assembly in a free state, followed by applying deformation through the lifting/lowering of the worktable. The maximum lifting/lowering height of the worktable is 200mm. For leaf spring assemblies with a smaller overall height, the clamping position is adjusted using a screw. The worktable ends are equipped with auxiliary supports and a safety protection net. Comes with 2 mobile trolleys, each with fixed accessories within the work section.
