They utilize hydraulic cylinders as the primary power source, driven by heavy-duty chains and steel cables, ensuring absolute safety in operation. These elevators do not require pits or machine rooms, making them particularly suitable for basements, warehouse renovations, new shelving installations, and similar locations. Additionally, they offer ease of installation and maintenance, aesthetics, safety, and user-friendly operation.

The track elevator can be customized according to the actual on-site environment, with a low height ranging from 150 to 300mm, making it particularly suitable for workplaces where excavation of pits is not possible. The track elevator comes in various configurations, including single-column, double-column, and four-column designs, which can be selected based on usage requirements. Moreover, the track elevator can be tailored to create a high-efficiency delivery platform. The product's hydraulic system is equipped with anti-fall protection and interlocking upper and lower door systems. Operation buttons can be set on each floor and lift platform, enabling multi-point control.

Usage Instructions:

Before using the lift platform, check all components of the lifting equipment to ensure there are no leaks in the hydraulic pipeline elements and no loose or damaged wires.

Power on the device, the power indicator light illuminates, and the equipment is powered up.

Place materials requiring elevation in the center of the lift, ensuring their height, width, length, and load capacity meet the specified requirements.

Material is arranged neatly before closing the safety door.

Press the up or down button on the control panel to start the lift. During the lift's operation, do not move the location of the goods.

Cautionary Note:

When operating lifting equipment with a four-wheel undercarriage, it is essential to place the lifting platform on a solid, level ground to ensure that all four undercarriage tires are firmly secured on a horizontal plane, preventing any side tipping or tilting.

Be clear about the weight of the item to be loaded or unloaded. For items that do not indicate an accurate weight, a rough estimate is required. If the weight of the item exceeds one-tenth of the lifting platform's maximum load capacity, the platform cannot be used for loading or unloading heavy objects.

When transporting goods with a guide rail lifting platform, the heavy items must be evenly placed in the center of the platform to prevent the lifting platform from tipping over.

No persons allowed standing beneath the goods elevator, strictly forbidden from overloading, and under no circumstances to be used for transporting people. Minors are strictly prohibited from operating the elevator.

While waiting for the loading platform to descend, personnel should remain outside the hazard zone to prevent any work-related accidents.

In the event of a malfunction, do not arbitrarily inspect, adjust, replace electrical components, or mechanical parts of the equipment. It is imperative to report to the unit's equipment supervisor immediately, who will then notify maintenance personnel to conduct repairs and assist them as needed. When repairing the lifting platform of this machine, always first disconnect the power, take appropriate safety precautions, and hang a "Do Not Use" sign.
