Principle of Operation
After being chilled, filtered, and dried, compressed air is formed into supersonic airflow through nozzles, which is injected into the crushing chamber, causing the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jet streams, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing to achieve ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported to the impeller classification area by an ascending air current. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the suction force of the fan, the coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber due to its own gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine powder is carried by the air current into the cyclone collector. The ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
