Deciphering the Evaporation Area and Evaporation Volume of Film Evaporators

The Film Evaporator is suitable for applications with a wide range of viscosity changes. During operation, both high and low viscosity materials can be processed to a certain degree. The material viscosity can reach up to 100,000 centipoise. The processing time of the material in the equipment can be adjusted by changing the direction of rotation of the scraper groove.

The Film Evaporator is equipped with an overload maintenance device, featuring a delayed compressor startup. The compressor and condenser fan in the original control circuit are controlled by the same touch panel; however, due to the manual control requirement of the original cold storage's automatic control system, these two components operate separately. After separation, the original overload maintenance relay can only maintain the compressor but not the equipment. Therefore, an overload maintenance relay is provided, operating independently, to better showcase the performance of each device once the system is running.

Film evaporators are widely used in industry, playing a significant role. If the heating medium is steam, the heating tank is typically in the jacketed form. If the heating medium is thermal oil or high-pressure steam, the heating drum is usually in the semi-tube form.
