Product Description:
This series is mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending, shearing, peeling, and tearing tests of mechanical properties for metallic and non-metallic materials. The machine features a high-strength double-space frame structure with cylinders employing gap-sealed design and spherical bearing supports, a lower-positioned structure, with adjustable tension-compression spacing. It's equipped with hydraulic clamping fixtures and a manual control setup. The control unit is powered by the hydraulic system, and test data is collected and analyzed by a computer, allowing for easy retrieval and further data and curve analysis. Local magnification and re-editing of data, samples, environmental conditions, and test parameters are also possible. The system can automatically calculate the mechanical property indicators of the material and print out a comprehensive test report and curve.
Technical Description and Application Scope:
1. This series of products meets the requirements of standards such as GB/T2611-2007, GB/T16826-2008, GB/T228-2002, and GB/T232-1999.
2. Control System:
A. Utilizing high-precision amplifiers and a 24-bit high-precision A/D converter, the effective code range is ±120,000. The measurement resolution for test force reaches 1/120,000, ensuring continuous measurements within the range without stepping, and the measurement accuracy exceeds grade 1.
B. The displacement measurement resolution of the testing machine is 0.0025mm, used for measuring and controlling the piston displacement.
C. The deformation measurement resolution of the testing machine is 0.00025mm, used for measuring and controlling the deformation amount within the gauge length of the specimen.
D. Simultaneously complete the test machine's data screen display while manually controlling the progress of the test.
E. The measurement and control system software operates on the Windows 7 operating system, utilizes standard database management for experimental data, and offers network data interface capabilities.
F. Screen display with features for force, peak value, specimen deformation, piston displacement, and test curves; real-time display of test curves, with the option to select coordinates such as stress-strain, load-deformation, load-displacement, load-time, displacement-time, and deformation-time, and the ability to simultaneously display three curves on a single page, with the option for local magnification of curves.
G. Meets the requirements of GB/T228-2002 "Testing Methods for Tensile Properties of Metallic Materials at Room Temperature" for mechanical tests and data processing. Automatically calculates parameters such as Fel, Feh, Fp, Ft, Fm, Rel, Reh, Rp, Rt, Agt, Z, A, Rm during metal tensile testing. Manual identification of Fel, Fm, and others is also available, and results can be printed accordingly. Different reports and curves can be printed as required. Uses an open Excel report format for user convenience; original test records and reported values are rounded according to the GB/T228 standard.
3. Applicable Standards and Data Processing:
Users can customize data processing software that meets national standards or other specified requirements.
B. The testing process can simulate and reproduce the test procedures, as well as reanalyze the test data.
