The Microcomputer-controlled Graphite Electrode Testing Machine is mainly used to determine the four-point flexural strength of specimens for three sizes of electrodes: less than 300mm in diameter, 300-500mm in diameter, and greater than 500mm in diameter.

This machine utilizes computer control, data collection, analysis, and processing to draw stress-strain, force-time, and stress-displacement curves, and can print test reports. It employs new control technology with a digital controller to drive a reducer via servo motors, allowing the two high-precision lead screws to move the test platform at a speed of 0.01 to 500 mm/min. A high-precision radial sensor is used on the force measurement source, achieving a precision of 1% with high sensitivity, and the entire system reaches 1st grade accuracy. It is equipped with a mainstream brand commercial computer as the control unit for setting test parameters, controlling operational status, data collection, processing and analysis, displaying, and printing test results. The SMART TEST control system is configured on the measurement control system. This product fully meets the requirements of standards such as GB/T3074.1-2008, GB/T1427-2016, JB/T8133.7-2013, QB/T1973-2006, and YS/T63.14-2006.


Product Details

This machine utilizes computer control, data collection, analysis, and processing to plot curves such as stress-strain, force-time, and stress-displacement. It also allows for printing test reports. Employing advanced control technology, it uses an AC digital controller to drive the servo motor and the reducer, controlling the movement of the test platform with two high-precision screw threads. A high-precision spoke-type sensor is used at the force measurement source, achieving a 1% accuracy with high sensitivity, ensuring the entire system reaches level 1 precision. It is equipped with a mainstream commercial computer brand as the control unit for setting test parameters, controlling operational status, data collection, processing and analysis, displaying, and printing test results. SMART TEST control system is configured for the measurement control system.

1. The user interface is compatible with Win7, featuring real-time curve display, report and curve processing, curve visualization, modular software structure, and data storage and processing based on MS-ACCESS database, facilitating connectivity with office software like OFFICE.

2. Features robust test management capabilities, allowing testing units to be set as needed.

3. Customizable testing programs can be added based on different user standards. Simply select the corresponding testing program during testing, and you can complete the test according to the standard requirements and generate a test report that meets those standards.

4. Real-time display of the testing process and equipment status, such as: equipment operating status, program control running steps, extensometer switch prompts completed, etc.

5. Robust Curve Analysis Function

Selectable curves include Load-Deformation and Load-Time, with real-time display of one or more. Curves for the same sample group can be overlaid in different colors for comparison. Navigate through the curves, and any section of the test curve can be locally magnified for analysis. The software supports displaying and annotating feature points on the test curve, and points can be automatically or manually taken from the curve for comparative analysis. Curves annotated with feature points can also be printed out in the test report.

6. Smarttest software can be set to automatically determine, after the sample yield test is completed, to switch deformation to displacement collection, and remind users on the operation interface, "Deformation switch completed, you can remove the extensometer."

7. Auto-Return: The moving beam can automatically return to the initial test position.

8. Auto-calibration: Load and elongation can be automatically calibrated according to the added standard values.

9. Range Mode: Full Range, Non-Step

1) Modular Units: Various accessories can be flexibly interchanged, modular electrical hardware facilitates functional expansion and maintenance.

2) Auto-swap: During the test, the displayed curve automatically changes its range based on the magnitude of the test force and deformation.
