Product Introduction:
The JB-S series impact tester is used to determine the performance of metals under dynamic loads to assess their properties under such conditions. This tester is developed and produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of pendulum impact testers" and conducts impact tests on metals according to the national standard GB/T229-2007 "Impact test methods for metallic materials by Charpy pendulum". The specimen cross-section is 10×10mm; the tester has a high impact energy, thus primarily supplied for testing the toughness of black metals with high impact resistance, such as steel and its alloys.
Product Details:
The JB-S series impact tester measures the absorbed work of the sample by displaying the difference between the potential energy before and after the pendulum strike on the dial. It utilizes a PLC controller to control the testing process, offering simple operation and high efficiency. After the sample is broken, the remaining energy automatically lifts the pendulum, and the sensor measures the counter-rotating angle of the pendulum after the strike, with the automatic digital display (LCD) of the counter-rotating angle β and the work done by the pendulum on the sample, AK value. An optional mini printer can print test data, including AK value, impact toughness ak value, average work of three samples (AK/3), and time and sequence numbers, etc. Suitable for foundries, machinery manufacturing plants, pressure vessel factories, and others that conduct a large number of impact tests. Note: The mini printer is an optional accessory, priced separately.
Key Features:
Significant Advantages of Software and Operating Systems
1. The 7-inch touch screen controller and gauge display data simultaneously, ensuring synchronization. Equipped with a dual-display system, they operate independently without interference, offering flexibility and high work efficiency.
2. Capable of conducting continuous tests on hundreds of specimens, manual operation is limited to placing specimens and pressing action buttons. All other tasks are fully automated by the testing machine, reducing labor intensity and completely eliminating the likelihood of human error in data recording. Particularly suitable for metallurgical and mining industries that require a large volume of testing.
3. Optional: A feature-rich pendulum impact test software with intelligent, menu-driven operation. All test operations such as picking up the pendulum, retracting the pin, impact, and placing down the pendulum can be completed by simply clicking on the touch screen controller.
◆ Notable advantages of the electrical control section
1. Utilizing an imported PLC controller as the core of the electrical control system, a high-precision photoelectric encoder is employed as the angle acquisition sensor.
2. Integrated circuit boards for easier maintenance and repair.
3. Replace the old-fashioned clutch with a brush-type clutch. During testing, the pendulum automatically takes the swing, effectively protecting the clutch, reducing system damage from gear engagement, and extending the system's lifespan.
◆ Significant Advantages in Safety
A semi-closed protective guard made of high-tensile material encompasses the entire swing path of the pendulum, while also preventing the scattered samples from being propelled and causing injury. This design greatly minimizes the risk of operator injury due to misoperation, ensuring safety.
